Returns Policy Handmade Beads and Cabochons: Pieces are either one-of-a-kind or made to order. Many of our pieces require a great deal of time for me to create. Therefore, unless an item is defective or I have made an error when filling your order, I do not offer cash refunds. However, if for some reason the piece you have ordered is not right for you, we will consider, on a case by case basis, allowing the return for credit towards another purchase. All items are inspected thoroughly prior to shipment.
